What is the process of returning/exchanging my product?(if applicable)
Get in touch with us by dropping us an email on sasyakastore@gmail.com.Our customer care executive will be happy to assist you and make the process as seamless as possible.While returning the product, please ensure that it is unused and packed in the original packaging with the SASYAKA box and pouch and is accompanied by the original invoice and quality certificate.The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece.
How will my refund be processed?
The refund will be processed via credit/debit card in case of online payment
and bank transfer in case of cash payment.
What if I have received a damaged/incorrect piece?
Oh snap! That definitely should not have happened. But don’t worry we will
arrange for a pick-up and replace the piece with a fresh one within 15
days.Just get in touch with us by dropping us an email on
sasyakastore@gmail.com.Please ensure that you take a photograph of the
damaged/incorrect piece and send it to us.
What if my product breaks?
All our products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty. Quality is
extremely important to us, so if your jewellery breaks we would be happy to
fix it for you free of charge. To initiate the repair process, please contact us
on sasyakastore@gmail.com.
Please note our warranty does not cover lost stones, improper use or
storage or if the product shows any signs of force.
What if my jewellery fades or gets scratched?
All of our pieces are made in 18k gold plated.If your 18k gold plated
jewellery fades or gets scratched, it's important to note that while our
pieces are made in 18k gold, they are durable yet malleable and not
entirely scratch-resistant. Scratching is a normal occurrence, especially on
pieces with larger surface areas like those from our Classic Collection.
However, we offer complimentary re-polishing for all our pieces to help
restore their appearance. We're more than happy to arrange an easy
pick-up for the re-polishing process. Please be aware that shipping the
pieces to and from our facility will incur a charge
What are the shipping charges for returns/refunds/repairs/exchanges?
We want to make the return/exchange process as painless as possible for you–
including free shipping! We offer free shipping for all returns/exchanges and repairs
within the stipulated time frames mentioned above!The shipping to and fro, for any
repairs, will be on a chargeable basis.

You can expect your sasyaka piece to reach you within 2-7 business days of placing
an order.

Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately at this point in time we only ship within India. We are working on getting
Sasyaka to you everywhere, so stay tuned !
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders across India.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Sure, please contact us on sasyakastore@gmial.com as soon as possible and we will
try our best to change the shipping address. Please note, if the product has already
been shipped, we will be unable to change the address.
Can I update/cancel my order after placing it?
Yes you can. Please reach out to us on sasyakastore@gmail.com as soon as
possible and we will try our best to update/cancel your order. If your order has
already been shipped then we will be unable to cancel or update it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online: We accept all major credit/debit cards through an online payment gateway.
NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible.
Cash on Delivery: We also offer cash on delivery.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
Yes,cod charges are applicable.

How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain the lustre and durability of your jewellery, avoid wearing it while
showering, exercising or swimming!Always put it on last when getting ready and
avoid any contact with perfumes, lotions or cosmetics. Particularly for pearls, as this
may affect the colour or lustre.Never expose jewellery to household cleaning
products, such as bleach, chlorine or other chemicals.Apply lotion, cosmetics,
hairspray and perfume before wearing your jewellery.
How should I clean my jewellery?
To keep all your jewellery looking radiant, soak the piece in warm water with a few
drops of detergent. Use a soft brush to clean and gently pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Please note: Warm water should only be used in the case of gold and diamond
jewellery. For gemstones and pearls, please read below.Gemstones and pearls are
delicate and so best cleaned with a soft, untreated, damp cloth. Please note: hot
water and harsh chemicals should be avoided at all times.Do not use tissue paper,
paper towels or cotton while cleaning your jewellery as it may cause scratching and
leave fibres on the jewellery.
What if my jewellery fades?
We offer complimentary re-polishing!! All you need to do is get it to us, please refer to
our Returns, Exchange and Repairs section.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store it separately in the specially designed SASYAKA Box provided or another
suitably lined box or soft pouch.We recommend storing your pieces separately, so
that they don't rub together or become tangled.
